This guide explains how to manage existing invite codes, including extending expirations, viewing invited users, and disabling or revoking codes.
Overview
After creating invite codes, you may need to manage them over time. The Invite Code Management dashboard allows you to extend expiration dates, monitor which users joined with specific codes, and revoke access when needed.
Accessing Invite Code Management
To manage your invite codes:
From the User Panel, click the user icon in the top-right corner
Select Admin Panel
Click User Management
Select Invite Code Management
All your active and inactive invite codes will be displayed in the dashboard.
Extending Invite Code Expirations
If you need to keep an invite code active for longer than originally planned:
Locate the invite code in your dashboard
Click the + icon in the row of the code you want to extend
Enter the number of days to extend in the "Extend by (days)" field
Click Extend Expiration
Important Notes:
The popup will close automatically after extending
The expiration date will immediately update in your dashboard
If the invite code didn't originally have an expiration date, the extension will be calculated from the current date
This feature is useful when you want to keep a code active without creating a new one.
Managing Invited Users
To view and manage users who joined your server via a specific invite code:
From the Invite Management page, locate the invite code
Click the Users icon in the row of that invite code
A list of invited users will appear, showing:
Server information
Join date
User details
Removing Individual Users
If you need to remove a specific user who joined via an invite code:
Click the delete icon next to the user's name
The user will be immediately removed from your server
This action does not affect other users who joined with the same code
Disabling or Revoking Invite Codes
When you no longer want an invite code to be usable, you can disable it:
Locate the invite code in your dashboard
Click the disable icon on the row of the code you wish to disable
You'll be presented with two options:
Keep the users who were invited with this code
Remove the users from your server
Choose the option that best fits your needs. Disabling a code prevents it from being used in the future while giving you control over existing users.
Deleting Invite Codes
To permanently remove an invite code from your invite code list:
Click the delete icon in the code's row
Confirm your selection when prompted
Important:
Deleting a code will remove it from the list entirely
Users who joined with the code will remain on your server by default
If you want to remove users when deleting a code, you must:
First disable the code and choose "Remove Users"
Then delete the code from your list
This two-step process ensures you don't accidentally remove users.
Best Practices
Review your invite codes regularly to ensure only current codes are active
Disable expired or unused codes to maintain security
Use the user management feature to monitor who's joining your server
Extend expirations rather than creating duplicate codes when possible
